Comfy but could be more durable

Ride up my thigh (size issue), but they care about customer
This pair of cotton boxers I bought rides up my thighs and bunches up in the crotch area, making it very uncomfortable.It seems to be size issue. The coy really cares about customers point of view and satisfaction . Really appreciated.
