Solved my problem
My quadrafire 1200 insert is from 2009. I bought it used. It worked great but never consistant. I was always having to push the reset button. It burns any kind of pellet I used. But it sucked waking up to a cold house! Walking over to the stove and seeing that big red light on...push the reset and all was good again. I tried adjusting the pellet feed. Replaced both fan motors...still having to push that reset button. Then I bought this plug and play unit. All I had to do was remove the old one by bending down a metal tab and pulling the computer unit out. Shoved in the new control unit and now my stove is acting like brand new. Comes on when it should. Turns off when it should. My house is warm and I am happy. Should have done this years ago...we'll see how long it lasts......

Plug and Play
My 20yr old quadrafire 1200 insert control box was clicking on/off preventing the stove from lighting. My gut told me it was the control box. This one arrived within 2 days. It even came with a full set of directions. All I had to do was set the dial to match my stove and plug it in. Now I'm back up and running and saved myself $100's of dollars.

Great part
I installed this on my CB1220I. I bought this insert in 2012 and it was manufactured in 1999. The former owners could not get it to work correctly. I put a capacitor on it for the auger motor and it worked on high but never would stay running on medium or work hardly at all on low. I live in North East Texas and in February we had major snowfall with record low temperature. The pellet stove saved us but after a solid week of running it started going off after about an hour. Then I ordered the controller and a new auger motor and now it runs great even on low and medium. I did have to set the unit up for the extra 10% which is #2 I believe. Read the instructions, which are awesome and set it up for your particular unit and it should work great if that is what the problem was.

Poor Quality -- Made In Taiwan
Failed right out of the box. After setting the dial to the correct model # position, installing the control box in the stove, and then plugging in/powering up the stove, the convection fan cycled off and on never staying on. No Blue Lights either to verify I had the correct model # dialed in. Powered off the stove and took out the control box. Made sure the correct setting had been used for my stove (nothing had changed) and reinstalled the control box. Powered up the stove and this time the convection fan stayed on. But again, I never did get ANY BLUE LIGHTS to verify I had the correct model # setting. I gave up at this point thinking it was not safe to use the stove with this unit. PelletHead/Earth Sense Energy Systems Inc., the retailer that sold me this high tech product through Amazon, has a no return policy on electrical pats. Other parts have a 50% return fee. So buyer beware, If you buy form this company and the parts do not work, you may be on the hook for the loss. Amazon has promised me they will get me a full refund. We will see... Meanwhile I have to pay for the return shipping. And my stove is out of commission now that winter has arrived. Be very careful buying from third parties through Amazon...

Exactly the part we needed
First, we placed the order Sunday when our stove went down (Quadrafire 1200i) and didn't expect to see the control box until Thursday. Got it today (Tuesday) and with as cold as it has been in at night, a true blessing to have fire again. After 6 hours of troubleshooting why the auger wasn't moving pellets in to the burn pot. A lot of that was trying to make sure the auger motor was still good since I had replaced that 2 years ago. Finally determined the control was only sending 13VAC instead of 115VAC to the auger motor. Not good. Needless to say, the new controller is working perfectly and we're getting warm again. Just remember to set the white knob to your correct pellet stove model setting. Ours is "1".
