My Q5 robot vac/mop arrived a day early and in excellent condition. The battery had enough charge on it to set up and connect to my wifi. Once I realized that the picture of the white Q5 was the one to choose when prompted to add device everything came together perfectly. I chose the black one that matched the color of my vacuum the first time. The vac and especially the mop functions worked perfectly, were easy to assemble and program although its ready to use because of the self programming right away. It comes with an extra roller, set of brushes, magnet strip for boundry issues and mop pad. The mopping canister and vacuum slide in and out easily and it is a breeze to clean using the brush that comes with it. It mopped all the ceramic tile with one water fill and then vaccumed the rest, mapped rhe rooms out and slid easily under all my furniture in one charge with battery life left over and we have 2900 sq feet to clean. Do yourself a favor and get one of these and you have nothing to lose as it comes with a 2 year guarantee!

I have only run the vacuum cycle twice since I purchased the robot. The first was run on hardwoods and the second in a single bedroom on carpet. The cycle run on carpet was most impressive since I observed it run the zigzag pattern almost consistently. I can also see the passes on the carpet like it were a regular vacuum. What was a pleasant surprise was that it pulled up the remnants of powder deodorizer that my regular vacuum missed after repeated vacuuming.On the hardwoods, it had a bit of a challenge doing the zigzag pattern most likely because it is such a large open area with so many things to bump into that it had a hard time defining the edges from which to create the zigzag. It fared better in a smaller area like the kitchen when I enclosed one opening with the magnetic strip. It managed to escape though through the other opening, and for this reason, I wish there was more than one magnetic strip included.I also noticed that when it is quite a distance from the charging station, it had a hard time finding Home especially when the battery is still charged. I did not run the full charge of the battery when I did the bedroom.It was great watching it going under low profile furniture. I think the carpet under the bed and the floors under the couches and sideboards were the cleanest they have been. I used to have to reach those with a Swiffer duster just to dust, and the area under beds, you can forget about those until the time you move the bed out of there eventually.I have yet to try the mopping feature but my expectations of bots in general are such that they will never be as good as a cleaning crew. The features of the remote do exactly what it says so I expect that the mopping feature should be good for touch up mopping and not a thorough clean of floors caked with mud and dirt.All in all, a good buy for its price point.

This is a great product. My wife and I use this often to keep the floors clean throughout the week, especially in the kitchen and rooms we have our kitty litter. We did not expect this to replace our real vacuum or mop for when we 'deep' clean our house but rather for the daily clean-up to make those cleaning days easier.The vacuum works quite well on our floors (all hardwood or tile) and also on the rugs that we have. We do have to clean out the brush after it is done cleaning the rugs but that is no different than our normal vacuum. The mopping function is useful to keep the floors by our doors and in the kitchen relatively clean but by no means replaces our actual swiffer/mop when we want to 'deep' clean. We often use the strips to keep it cleaning a particular area/room rather than let it wander the entirety of our house. Additionally, I've contacted their customer service (via e-mail) mainly just to redeem a gift from them but was quite surprised that I received a non-automated response back within 12 hours. While I can't guarantee that this reflects on the service you will receive when calling or if you have an actual problem, it is to me at least, quite promising. We have a different brand of mop/vacuum which we use as well but as a whole like this one more. It seems to clean more 'intelligently' and wholly even in more congested rooms. The other robot vacuum we now keep in a specific small open room to clean and let this one everywhere else.Overall, I'd say if you are looking for a quality robot vacuum/mop that will help you keep your floors clean during the week and won't break the bank, this is a good choice. If you are looking for one that deep cleans everything so you don't ever have to, get a cleaning service.

It’s affordable and does the job although I wish the battery lasted longer so I could do the entire house in one day. I have 2200 square feet, it’s great on carpet, hardwood, tile, and laminate floors. Not great for high pile carpet. I never used the WiFi I couldn’t figure out how to connect so I just barricade it in different rooms because it doesn’t understand that it shouldn’t mop the carpet. lol Also for streak free cleaning I spray vinegar on the floor and let it mop over it. I recommend it to friends and they love it too. Great purchase for the price! I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and it does a good job for the in between. I still pull out the regular vacuum once every7-10 days just to get a deeper clean on the carpets.
