Once opened it has to be used up straight away. Didn’t even last 2 days

Crispy and fresh...for a while
This stuff does stay fresh for very long. As soon as it's opened it quickly starts to wilt. Great if you're gonna use it in one go. Not so good if you want some for the next day or two.
