Cubiker 59.1" L-Shaped Gaming Desk, Home Office Computer Desk with Monitor Stand, Rustic Brown

I got one of the rustic wood looking desks and was surprised to see that it actually looks like it has a grain to the finish. The box was all but destroyed when I got it, but every piece was in perfect condition and all accounted for. they even gave extra screws and parts in case you accidentally use the wrong screw someplace. Can't beat the price and it's very sturdy for what I paid. A bit tricky in some spots to put together, a couple of times I had a couple of pieces backward and some spots were tight for the little Allen wrench that comes with it, but I put it together myself in less than 2 hours. I didn't screw in the monitor riser because I wanted to be able to move it if I wanted. I had some very flat rubber "feet" protectors (the kind you get from the hardware store or Wmart to protect furniture from jewelry box feet etc) and placed those in between the monitor riser foot and the top of the desk to hold it from moving around. It worked perfectly! I had a single monitor arm for my large monitor that I put on the back corner of the desk and use the riser for my laptop. I feel so much better using this setup than before (working from home, doing school work) because everything is now at the proper height. I ordered a gel wrist rest and a footrest for extra comfort while working. I really liked the storage basket and little hook (for headphones or a bag). My friend who also works from home purchased the same desk and put it together herself and she loves it as well! This desk is beautiful and I love its simplicity. Well worth it.

This desk is amazing. Its held up through the ""Pandemic"" , and Work from home for 3 years. There is no sign of the desk shifting or moving or coming apart. Some of the color has worn off where i type all day but that is very expected and no problem for me. If I needed to buy another desk I would purchase this one over and over again. Its sturdy and easy to put together.

Over all this desk was very simple to assemble, it is my second desk that I have ordered. The first time the instructions worked however the order of assembly made getting the top aligned. This time around they have changed their instructions which made it a lot easier. They also revised the cross bars, on the first desk I ordered they send bolts and screws to connect them. The new desk has these pieces riveted together which gives it a great look.The only two cons that I can think of off hand, is that the wooden dowls for the top are not a tight fit so when you are assembling they can slide apart, not a big deal when half way through the assembly and nothing I would personally sweat. The second thing is just personal preference however I wish they offered a wider desk, is it needed? not exactly I just think it would be nice personally.I would definitely buy this again if I needed another desk.

So I set this up desk up by self yesterday (it recommends two, but it’s very do-able by yourself). The directions are fairly simple to follow, except the pictures of the screws and their numbers could be labeled better as to avoid confusion. The 6 “screws” are knobs that go on the bottom of the feet of the desk, however, one of my bottoms came broken so I had to place it under the foot on one leg with glue and tape so it doesn’t wobble. Amazing wood color/finish. The laptop stand does not have screws underneath where you place it, so you’re basically forcing four screws into a flat piece of wood, braking the wood a bit to get it to stay. Instructions do not explain what the C clamp thingy is for. Didn’t seem useful. Some of the legs on the desk really matter which side you screw them into since the instructions don’t clearly show that, but only had to take off one and flip it around. Overall, I am enjoying the desk and it has an ample amount of space.

This desk is Amazing!! My husband had no problem putting it together bought in 2022. The Styrofoam is necessary to keep it protected during shipping. Most things bought on Amazon have no protection I'm glad to see the amount this had. I've had no problems with this desk. I love it & the quality was worth the cost. It's solid enough for my hravy sewing machine, Cricut & laptop & everything else I put on it & high enough to put extra storage under it. It's perfect!! I'd definately purchase again.

I absolutely love this desk! I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice for the price. I have been searching for a desk for 2 months as I’m redoing my home office. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered this one. I was sent the wrong color, I ordered rustic brown and got dark rustic but I actually love it. I have ordered a second one for my fiancé for his Christmas present to match mine. It’s a little confusing to assemble but totally worth it!! Absolutely recommend! I love how you can pick either side for the additional stand to go on, once you get the hang of the assembly it’s pretty straight forward. I was missing one piece, the piece labeled R in the instruction manual. I didn’t end up needing it as the instructions never referred to this piece. Overall really great desk! The top isn’t textured allowing easier writing.

This desk was one of the few that met our needs (short side of the L had to be 48-50 inches long max) and it really worked out a lot better than expected. It enables my son to have separate areas for gaming/computing as well as writing/drawing. It is sturdy enough to hold the CPU with no problem (we have a hairy dog who spends a lot of time in my son's room, so keeping the CPU on the floor isn't an option). (P.S. the CPU is sitting on this item: "Simple Trending Metal Monitor Riser Stand and Computer Desk Organizer with Drawer" also found on Amazon; it allows us to better utilize the desk area while still keeping the CPU off the ground.) The fabric pocket on the end is actually quite sturdy and the metal hook on the other end is great for his headphones. Definitely recommend!
