La compré para mi pero no estoy embarazada, deja un sabor a Hierro en la boca. Le sugiero que la tome solo si está embarazada y consultarlo antes con el médico. Si no está embarazada no, porque puede alterar sus hormonas. Pero para embarazadas está muy completo

No iron
Regular prenatals have a lot of iron in them. These do not have any. I like to take them occasionally because the iron makes my stomach upset. I think for my intended purpose they’re fine but when you’re pregnant your baby needs iron and these do not provide that.
