Thank you Rebecca for the simplicity and tasty recipes.
Thank you for this book Rebecca, ILove this book. The recipes are simple and easy to follow. With easy to find ingredients, I have been able to make a fertility meal plan for the hubby and I.I’ve made the Banana Pancakes many times now and for friends who have also loved them.I made the Chicken Souvlaki and Tzatziki which was wonderful. So far so good for someone who isn’t one for spending ages in the kitchen, lovely book that reassures those who are TTC have some recipes as their go to’s.

A good overview
I love her it starts with egg book and it has become my bible. I’ve also read the fertility diet which is extremely comprehensive. This was more a a brief easy to read summary and a few recipes. Great if you haven’t read the fertility diet which is extremely detailed. But all in all a good book that I would recommend and a quick read.

Mediterranean "inspired" recipes
I do not believe these recipes represent a true spectrum of the Mediterranean diet and with some you really have to stretch your imagination to see how they are Mediterranean at all. If you want to follow a true Mediterranean diet get a book on authentic Greek, Italian, Spanish or Middle Eastern cooking. Follow the Mediterranean "pyramid". Eat oily fish twice a week such as sardines, mackeral and salmon, try some dishes with pulses/ legumes eg chickpea stews, lentil soup etc. Seafood such as mussels, octopus and clams feature regularly in a Mediterranean diet. It should be as organic/fresh as possible. Olives for sure, not necessarily tons of olive oil. Lots of greens eg spinach, kale, cabbage. Wholegrains such as bulgar wheat and barley also feature regularly, as do eggs (again organic). Lots of fruit instead of puddings. Nuts such as almonds and walnuts. Organic Yogurt or kefir (which has he names of the good gut bacteria written on the tub). It's not a diet for everyone Best of luck to all in their fertility journey.

Hard to use
Hard to use. Some recipes are for complete meals but alot of them is only for the meat/fish and doesn't give any suggestions of what to have with it. Its not clear that this is the case at first. Some things missing completely for example the katsu salmon doesn't have a katsu sauce. Also pictures would be useful

Surprisingly great
I often buy cookbooks with all this ambition but never actually make anything.I was told to try a Mediterranean diet for IVF and it was harder to do than I hoped. This cookbook follows the Mediterranean diet theory but has really simple and quick recipes.I’ve made quite a few many times.Highly recommend just for quick delicious recipes. The fertility friendly approach is a bonus

Worked
Doing IVF. Did two rounds and no euploid (normal) embryos. Did everything in this book and third time got two healthy embryos against all odds for mt age.My doc thinks it’s a fluke, but I’m a believer
