This pool is awesome!
I ordered this pool to help us enjoy our back yard, which is usually unbearably hot. The first one arrived and we set it up, but within a few hours we could tell something was wrong. It deflated and spilled all of the water out of the side. Slightly defeated, my fiance and I searched for any holes and patched as many as we could to no avail. We inflated it again and filled it but within a few hours, it was empty and nearly flat. I immediately contacted the seller via Amazon and they got back to me within a day, apologizing for the trouble and offered to replace it or refund my money. I opted for the replacement and so far, I haven't had any issues. It shipped within three days! The seats are super comfy and it's not too shallow. My fiance and I love to soak in it after work. We seriously love this pool! S/o to the awesome sellers too! Great customer service!

Great pool!
Loved the size of this pool! There is a drain spout on the floor of the pool, which makes it easier to empty the water. Despite only one air spout to fill the sides of the pool, it filled rather quickly with my small air pump. There are individual air spouts for each seat. Although, it was Hard to deflate the seats when we were trying to put it away. The 2 cup holders were convenient.

Exactly what a "grownup" needs for summer lounging!
This product is exactly as advertised - perfect for lounging, just the right size and depth. I live in the Northeast and can't justify the cost of an inground pool for our shoddy summers, but I do love sitting out in the sun on our rare hot days. I am a 5'5" woman, and I normally use it alone which I prefer. I haven't yet had four grown adults in it, and it's hard to imagine it unless they were really good friends, or we all had a few beers. My husband sometimes joins me, and we tend to sit *not* diagonal from each other so our feet don't touch. It does comfortably fit two, but when I get really hot I like to slide under water which would be hard to do with someone else there. I fill it a little below the fill line so I can prop my book on top of my legs, and it works out great. The water is deep enough to cool me off, but still allow me to use a book or laptop in the pool. My tan is spectacular from laying out, which is an added bonus.I know this is a common complaint, but I do wish it had four cup holders as well. The placement of them sometimes dictates where my husband and I to sit, and it's not always the sunniest seat. :)For cleanliness, I add a couple tablespoons of bleach and use a Splash Pools solar cover to keep it clean and bacteria free, and it works for me. I still dump it out and refill it every couple weeks, which has increased our water bill but it's worth it.I do have it on my deck, which concerned me at first because of the weight, but it's been fine and it's nice to not have to walk across the grass and get muddy going to and from it. We have not had any problems with any holes or leaks and we're careful about it, but I can see debris under the pool that has yet to poke through so that's good. My 12 lb dog also likes to jump on it, and her paws have not done any damage to the walls which is good. I am hoping I can clean it and pack it up well enough at the end of the season that I can use it again next summer, but for the price I'm not concerned if I need to replace it each season. This is a great product, and I'm glad they finally catered to us adults that are too embarrassed to have a kiddy pool in our yard but want to soak in the sun too!

great pool no negitives
I had an above ground pool with a filter and everything I loved it but was a lot of care. after moving to another home I decided I wanted a high grade shallow pool for my fiancé and me to just sit in and relax and not having to worry about maintanence 0r it turning green. This pool although[ { I did think was a little expensive} we love it had to get blown up with a compressor to keep it nice and firm .love the seats and head rest. it is perfect and all my friends want one. no negitives on this one fyi I bought some 3 dollar chlorine tabs and small spa flotter for 6 dollars and small set nets on ebay for 5.00 and we love it cover with cheap tarp at night ready to go empty and clean once every 7 to 10 days wipe out with cloth did put the hose in the sprinkler to move the water around was great ps only put a a 16 or less of a 3 inch tab in the flotter

Not Much Summer Fun When It Doesn't Stay Inflated
This pool had good (but few) reviews so I went ahead and took a chance on this. The pool has 2 outer layers to inflate. After inflating the first evening (I laid it on a tarp just to make sure we didn't get any punctures) and adding water, by the next morning the bottom layer was almost completely deflated. The top layer was also losing air. I drained the water and tried airing it up again - same results. Next I sprayed soapy water in attempt to find a hole. No success. Then took it over to my in-laws large pool and dunked it to see if we could find air bubbles. No.So "Why not just return this defective product to Amazon?" you might wonder. Well, this pool was $40. To ship it back, I'd have to pay $19 in shipping (which is not reimbursed b/c it's Amazon's fault - the package was not damaged during shipping). Then - even if I returned it - Amazon won't exchange it and will only refund me UP TO 50%. You can do the the math from there.IF - and that's a big IF - this pool wasn't a defective item, it would be a great pool. The inflated seats and back rests (which stayed very inflated of course) on each corner are pretty comfortable and it would work out great for my wife or I to sit out with the kids. But it IS a defective item and all I can say is that I won't be buying an inflatable pool on Amazon again. I'll pay a bit extra at my local store so I have the option of returning it if it's defective.Update: I also contacted Intex directly. They cannot exchange the defective product (it seems this pool has been discontinued since it's hard to find just about anywhere to purchase online) and there is no service plan for it offered by Intex. They suggested I contact Amazon. So, there's $40 and a defective product in the trash. Buyer beware: You're gambling your money when you order this pool online.
