Bought for wife
Had not opened box yet. For wife's birthday. She has a 3g phone and at&t stopping all 2 and 3g soon. Great price and quick delivery.

Bad phone, no support, not recommended!
Stopped charging, can no longer turn on only 6 months & 2 weeks after ordering. Of course the product support window had closed 6 months after ordering.

I need to get another battery for it but my mom loves it!
My mother has had service that seniors use a lot for years,and the service was good but the phones sucked, so got this phone, and she is extremely happy, but I need to get a battery for it,but otherwise if she is happy,that makes me happy.

Couldn't use it
Couldn't transfer minutes from old phone. No help at all from Net 10. Terrible company and not the best phone. Hard pass.

Service and phone are both garbage.
Tech support is useless. Couldn’t even activate a brand new phone. Don’t waste your time with this second rate company and product

Very hard to text
Not very good for sending text messages - without a keyboard (just the three letters on each of the number keys 2 through 9), it took me about 20 minutes to type "test." I'll get better but probably not much faster. Also, it keeps talking to me - I haven't figured out a way to make it shut up.
