It does work
Any Alka Seltzer product is amazing. It tastes fine, easy to swallow, value is decent but could be cheaper. I don't think it helps with sleeping but I want it to help with cough and cold and it does. I have purchase again.

Alka Seltzer cold plus
My husband introduced me to Alka-seltzer cold plus approx 28 years ago. If you begin taking when cold systems first start, the systems go away quickly.

Works pretty well, but it didn’t work great as a nasal decongestant. The pills are a little large for my liking, but they’re manageable.
