This is a quality item, works as it should and now all my noodles are home made. The price is very low.

I make homemade shirataki noodles with this (with glucomannan powder, I use Herbal Island brand, trust me, it's worth the higher price than the junk on Amazon), and they turn out perfect every time (as long as I let the reaction go properly).It is a bit awkward to use, especially as when I extrude noodles they need to run out smoothly, and that's not possible with this setup.MODIFICATIONS TIME!!! So first I added a longer bar that fit snugly over the twist handle and that kind of helped.Mark II: The MORE GOODER modification: if you take the screw out of the tip of the handle and remove the cross bar, there is a nut that drives the worm gear, and fancy enough, it's a 14mm socket size nut. Soooo, I fill my glucomannan mix into the tube, cap with the back cap, and use my drill to extrude the noodles. Smooth as can be, have to go a little slower than I want, but long and short this thing puts in work. I've had it for over 2 years and it's been a staple in my kitchen. I recommend everyone make noodles with a drill. People will look at you like you're crazy, and you'll also wow them with homemade noodle dishes. :)

I like to eat as unprocessed as possible and this noodle maker is perfect for small batches. It's just my husband and my self, so it's perfect for us. Yes you do have to twist a little more forceful when the dough is almost out. I can do it and I'm not a super strong lady. I made noodles and added a spicy oil chili based sauce and other condiments for my vegan meal and the taste of fresh made noodles is wonderful. Yes I would recommend this product!

It has a lot of scratches, the box was damaged. I’ll give it a try, if it not working. I’ll send it back

I used this to make Imopipi (purple sweet potato puree).And when I washed it, it showed rustic and some peeled on some areas.One time used and it is already like that.Really disappointed with the quality.

Product is to heavy

Very sturdy! I have received a recipe from a friend for Passatelli soup and didn't have a "gadget" to make the noodles. I tried a food mill but that didn't work, so I ordered this because another review mentioned the same soup. It is perfect! I have used it about 6 times now and washed it in the dishwasher each time and it still looks and works great. I have also found it will make tube pasta and spaghetti as well as noodles. Love a mulit use gadget!
