The sound quality is great. 60watt per channel gives you a quality sound at any volume.A really good price for this mini hifi. Easy set up and small foot print. I still love a volume knob on main unit even though you have a remote with this system. The eject button it conveniently placed on the unit too. I think this is the best value hi fi item I've bought in a long time.

As a CD player, it's very good. It plays CDs (and CD-Rs) without putting gaps between tracks. In other words, it does gapless playback. This is something that some modern (and expensive) CD players can't do now for some silly reason. There is a problem though. When you put a CD in, it starts playing automatically and I don't think you can deactivate that. When you start playing a CD, you don't hear the start of the first track. The way around this is to pause the CD as soon as it starts. Then press play again and you'll hear the first track start the way it should. We shouldn't have to do that though.It plays MP3 CDs but I don't think you can browse through the folders. All you can do is skip back and forth through tracks, so if there's a particular song you want to hear, you may have to press the skip forward button many times. It's a similar situation with a USB flash drive. Because of this, I would only use MP3 CDs and USB flash drives for shuffle play.Bluetooth works well but doesn't sound as good as a CD. Audio in results seem to depend on what device you plug into it. I tried an MP3 player and a tablet and both were really quiet. I plugged in a PC though and that was a lot louder.The FM radio sounds excellent.

This arrived beautifully packaged and was very easy to set up. I was amazed at the quality of the sound from such a small unit and honestly think that this is great value for money which I heartily recommend.

Absolutely love this Stereo. Excellent sound, easy to use. For a small Stereo it kicks out some powerful Sound. Even has extra ports for Bluetooth, MP3 and a charging slot for mobile phones, games etc.Best buy yet Highly recommend

I wanted a small hifi , due to space . Read previous reviews , and purchased . It doesn't dissapoint . Sound quality is great . It does need a 3 pin plug for uk users .

I didn't spot the comments from others about the EU plug on this, it's not a big deal but it did mean a quick trip to Tesco to get a 'Visitor to the UK plug adapter'.Once I'd got passed that I had it set up within a few minutes.The quality of the sound is certainly adequate for the small workshop that I'm using it in, don't expect Denon quality at this price point!So far I've played a variety of CDs and also hooked it up to my phone via Bluetooth to listen to podcasts and it's all working well.

Getting sick and tired of buying electronics off Amazon that come with a European plug! Now a battle with Amazon to either give me a UK to Euro plug adaptor, or take the item back (fyi-it is now completely unboxed and bought in the sale - Good luck Amazon with the resale!)It should be illegal to sell electrotonic' s in the UK without a UK plug!
