Great phone faster than my Blu 5 and all of the apple phones I have had camera is amazing battery life is suitable phone Came brand new no scratches our scuffs camera quality is amazing feel light in the hands I love it was easy to set up screen size is great phone condition is new .

Just what i ordered no problem

From the start, the phone glitched all the time. I was already in too deep though since I had registered the device with all my information and the hassle and headache of trying to de-register my device was too much. So, my workaround was continuously tapping the power button until it could straighten itself out on the lock screen.Forget about being able to take pictures at a moment's notice because the more colorful the subject, the more it glitched. Also, the more colorful the advertisements on an app, the glitchier it would become.However, I thought to myself, I can still live with it since all I really need are the call and text capabilities... Then, one day, after the device got a little rain on it (which had a case), the home buttons on the bottom of the screen with the home buttons completely stopped working. So, I depended on the S pen to navigate around the phone.Then, a few days before it reached it's 6-month mark, the screen gave out completely, and I bought a new phone - obviously, not from this seller. :(

Awesome phone!! Functioned well. Does have some kinda issue with the fingerprint not working properly, I just use a pass code instead.

Update:Everything works ok this one so far but the battery life is terrible on these devices. When they refurbish the phones i don't believe they change the batteries. It is annoying to be charging so regularly. I thought that my bluthooth Connections to my airbud was causing the battery to run down quickly but even when i turn the bluthooth off the battery life runs down very quickly. That is the Frustrating part because that is one of the reasons for me upgrading fr my old Samsung. I am disappointed about that part because this is my second purchase and it would be Frustrating to return this one as well. I may just have to purchase a new device instead of the refurbished one.This is my second purchase. I had bought one a week ago and was experiencing issues with fingerprint and playing audio. I am in the process of returning it. This new one i bought has been pretty good so far. My thrid day of using it so i hope it will continue to do well.

I 10 out of 10 recomm, I have a cricket plan .. I always buy fully unlocked phones off of Amazon!!! I've always had great luck ... I always buy my phones off of here. And I've always had good luck!! If you want this phone buy it . You won't be disappointed.
