Just made this for the first time and I’m pleased with the taste and consistency. It’s a little spicy (in the way chai is) and very mild. The texture when dissolved in milk is fairly smooth, and I did add a little honey since it’s unsweetened.Love that it’s all organic. The bag is smallish, but since a serving is 1 tbsp, it should last a good while.

I recently quit coffee and got this as a morning beverage. Great with some creamer. Slightly chalky—it never completely dissolves. I didn’t love the taste at first but once I got used to it, now I crave it, especially on cold mornings after running or working outside. Tip: black pepper enhances the health benefits of turmeric, and a little fresh ground black pepper in the brew makes this slightly more spicy. I look forward to it daily.

There is a WARNING on the package that if you consume the contents of this package, you are exposed to lead. The state of California says it can cause birth defects, or other reproductive harm. It is written in very light yellow on a white background. You don’t know what you are getting until you get it home. What makes matters worse you can not return it. I am surprised that Amazon really sells this.

I was expecting more (literally, as in quantity) than what I got when I purchased this, considering the price, but that is the only down-side. The mix blends up really nicely and makes a nice golden milk drink. I prefer mine warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. It has that nice, earthy turmeric flavor without being overpowering, and isn't overly sweet. It's a really enjoyable drink mix, I just wish there was more of it.

It is just delicious. My friends keep asking me "are you making golden milk?" even the most skeptic "not-into-health-food" friend found it really good. I add a little almond milk (or milk for those who can have it) and some monk fruit drops, or many for those who like it sweet like I do. Either way it is a success.I like that it does not contains coconut as I can't deal with it, so this is perfect.

Definitely will be ordering this again. It tastes so good! I typically use either oatmilk or coconut milk. I also add 1 teaspoon then 1/4 cup of hot water to mix. Then I add the frothed milk then finish off with cinnamon and nutmeg on top. So delicious. Since it is pumpkin season I have added pumpkin seasoning to the powder to make it a pumpkin golden milk latte.

It says enjoy hot or cold. I tried cold. I shook it in a shaker mug for 5 minutes and it still did not dissolve and just settled to the bottom in a sludgey clump. Mostly I just taste the turmeric. I'll try it hot and maybe update my review.The manufacturer was prompt and helpful when I asked about the cinnamon, if it was Ceylon or Cassia. (it's Ceylon, the real cinnamon).

This is a very nice taste especially with a bit of honey and extra cinnamon.
