Expensive for what it is but does the job well. Easy to install and comes with a storage box for the pegs.

Great little box that securely stores all the ends of my robotic lawnmower cables over the winter.

So its simply a hard plastic box that is very unlikely to keep water/moisture away from the cables.You are expected to screw this into the ground using the plastic ground screws from the docking station - presumably meaning that you should put the docking station away for the winter too.The box has no rub seal to provide even moderate moisture protection around the join of the two halves. This includes to rubber seal or grommet around the cable entry points. Given this unit is to be screwed into the ground, its clear that at ground level moisture, insects, dirt etc is going to get into the box.Pretty pointless really.

I own a Flymo Easilife and the docking station is made to stay out through the winter. It says so in the instructions.If this was essential for bad weather it should be supplied with the mower.So is it needed or not?

Diese Flymo FLY077 Roboter-Winterschutzbox macht einen sehr robusten und wetterfesten Eindruck. Habe diese Schutzbox für meinen Gardena Roboter Rasenmäher gekauft und muss feststellen dass diese wirklich sehr gut passt. Leider kann ich noch keine Langzeitbewertung abgeben aber ich bin zuversichtlich dass es sich hierbei um ein guten Produkt handelt
