Good warmth
Thought I'd try this for my period and it works well. Can feel the warmth from it for a while after rubbed in, warming sensation lasts longer than the heat roll on does. Comforting for periods when rubbed on lower stomach!

Works but stinks!
My partner uses it on his knee, gets quite warm and he says it helps. However the smell is awful. Potent even.

Add small amount first.
This is the small max strength deep heat. I would advise everyone to test a pea size amount first. Its great but apply small amount to prevent uncomfortable burning feeling. Small amount on my back was lovely. Does not cure my back pains but it does give it some relief.
