Fabulous paint brand
I really dig the consistency and texture of the oils with WN paints. I used to rely heavily on Gamblin, but am slowly switching over. Great paints!

Cad lemon or Cad Yellow Light?
I purchased the Windsor and Newton Cadmium Lemon because Paint Coach, Chris Fornatero uses it in most of his painting tutorials. I had several other yellows but thought if I wanted to achieve a similar effect I should use same products.The tube arrived in good condition (surprising since it ships in flimsy envelope). Opened right away and compared to the Gamblin Cadmium Yellow Light I already had on the palette. They were virtually identical in color as you can see. Windsor and Newton cad lemon was a far better value compared to the Gamblin cad yellow light. Equal in quality and color, WN was less expensive in this case.
