Great taste not sure how much fiber.

They have a very pleasant fruity flavour, and are soft, more like jellies, so very easy to take. On their own, they didn't seem to have any effect, but now I've started taking these in conjunction with a probiotic, and it does seem to be helping my digestion. They are quite expensive as a source of inulin fibre, but very palatable and a pleasant alternative to capsules.

Usually use inulin powder every day, but these were far more convenient for travel than powder! Not unpleasant to eat either. They work out a little more expensive than the powder I use, otherwise I would switch permanently to them.

The taste is pleasant. Almost just like eating gummy sweets. Unfortunately didn't help though.

Keeps you moving when on Ozempic/ Saxenda.TMI alert - after starting Saxenda meds things got a bit sluggish to say the least!I read about these on a support group and have been taking two a day since then. Just enough to keep things moving, but not so much that explosions happen. I use subscribe and save to make sure I don’t run out.
