Good for the price
Loud, overall good for what I need. I just wish the key for was made of metal, that part feels like it could be improved.

Great little addition for bike security
I love this thing. Took me a bit to figure out how to adjust sensitivity, volume, etc. though it's fine just leaving the default settings. The instructions are to press the disarm button and hold it until the blue light stays lit around the arm button. I would do this, but the blue light would then go out. I finally realized that if I held it a couple seconds longer, it would stay lit and then allow me to use the adjustments. There's a good YouTube video posted by a guy that explains this alarm and how to adjust settings. And it works! If anything jostles the bike, it gives a sharp warning tone and stops. If the jostling continues, it sounds a siren alarm. And it's LOUD at full volume. Also features a horn sort of thing that has three possible tones that you can select. For the price, I don't think you can beat it's value at keeping people away from your bike.Could easily get anyone with bad intent to run like a rabbit, not to mention startling them badly. As to mounting, the unit I got came with a clamp mount and bushing to mount to round bar or bike frame, however I decided to mount it using the included zip ties and mounted it to bike rack under my rack bag where it's essentially invisible. I taped a bit of cut up inner tube to the rack and then zip tied it to that and it holds very securely and as mentioned, is unnoticeable. It runs on a button battery I believe, which is replaceable. When you arm it, it plays an ascending series of notes. Then wait for a little beep which confirms it's armed. When you disarm, it plays descending notes. The remote is plastic and looks kind of chincy with chromed buttons, but it's easy to put on key ring with my bike key and cable lock key.I leave this alarm armed when bike is in my garage just in case. Very happy with it.

Excellent Protection
This is an easy to set up alarm, and can easily be heard. I like the fact that the first contact gives a quick alert, allowing for an accidental bump, but is on guard for further movement a few seconds later when it lets everyone know it's there. The small remote is a very helpful.UPDATE: It already stopped working. If I shake it, it works very loud, but if you bump the bike or shake the bike nothing happens. Not sure why it stopped working so fast.

Hope it lasts
I hope this alarm lasts because I like it a lot. It's mounted on my bicycle underneath the seat on the seat post. It sounds the alarm if I simply touch the basket over the rear wheel, or if I move the handlebar while parked. It only took about two minutes to install it and it is easy to operate. The alarm is loud and can be heard from a distance. It seems to be sturdy and well built. At least so far one month into use, it has worked flawlessly and still startles me when I try to move the bike out of the garage without first disarming the alarm. My only real negative is that it is giving me a false sense of security. I've caught myself twice leaving it outside a store with just the alarm engaged. I need to remember to also use the bike locks that I carry with me. Nevertheless, for the price I think I got a good deal.

Seems to work but....
Quality seems pretty good for being less than $25. Remote seems nicely made as well. The biggest problem I have is the written instructions and i'm still lost as to how to set the volume. The instructions seem to have been written using google translate. Sentences sometimes don't make any sense. For instance:"After the SOS function is turned on, it will automatically call of when the bicycle is tilted more than 45degrees by accidentally. After corrected back the bicycle to the original position, it will turn off the call of automatically."This is not grammatically correct and was painfully difficult to read. The entire instruction pamphlet is written just like this. Suggestion? Hire someone else to translate the instructions in English. Here's the instruction on how to adjust the volume:*To adjust the volume, press [bell symbol]key continuously from high to low in cycle with 3 adjustable levels.Well..i'm doing that and I don't hear any different levels. My conclusion? It's definitely worth the money and the quality of the alarm seems pretty good. However, there's no way I can give this thing 5 stars until someone at R&D either rewrites the instructions in the language that suits the market for which these units are aimed OR includes a youtube video with detailed instructions for it's use. How's about both?
