Great quiet keyboard/mouse combo for all
This standard-layout PC keyboard has additional multimedia keys: pause/play, volume mute/up/down, home (defaults to your home page in your normal web browser), email (your normal email client), power on/off and calculator. It uses a small USB dongle to interface with your device(s). I've just been using it with our LG Smart TV to test it out and order some items from Amazon. I've now transferred the dongle to my laptop replacing the previous oneIt is understated in appearance but quite elegant being a matt black with white key labels. I have been buying this Logitech wireless combo (and its earlier versions) for several years. I use it daily working from home. On this occasion, the immediate reason for buying is that I have managed to wear out the raised bumps on the F and J keys after prolonged daily use so I will benefit from knowing where my fingers are without looking. Also, I can work later without disturbing others in the house - the simpler and cheaper MK270 version is not a bad keyboard/mouse, but is nowhere near as quiet as this one.The mouse is pleasant to use and the whole combo is ideal for working in any context where a noisy desktop could be intrusive. Based on experience with my previous ones it will last for a long time and stand up to some knocks. One of the few drawbacks of this design is that the folding feet you can extend to elevate the keyboard by 8° can be broken off if you handle it roughly or drop heavy objects on it - but they also last a few years with normal use and a little care. This is a good choice if you want a reliable and affordable mouse/keyboard combo of good size for your PC or other devices. If you don't need it to be so quiet you could buy the cheaper but noisier MK270 which is nearly identical.

Surprisingly silent
Needed a quieter keyboard as I tend to be quite heavy-handed with my typing and my old one was very clattery. This replacement is lovely, it really is much quieter! It is comfortable to use and all the usual quick-access keys are available on the top row. The mouse is ok, probably a bit too small given that it’s not a travel mouse (so loses a star). Both the mouse and keyboard can be turned off to conserve batteries, and the USB transceiver slots into the mouse for storage/transport if required.

Great keyboard and mouse, I love it! (the dongle is in the flap at the end of the box)
After leaving my keyboard and mouse at home during a period away, decided to invest in this quiet touch keyboard and mouse. I love it, after feelings of frustration at having to buy a new keyboard, I am delighted with this soft touch, positive key movement. It is definitely an upgrade. And the mouse feels just as positive. I do highly recommend it.And for those people who said the dongle is not in the mouse, I agree with you, that's where I first looked. I found mine slotted in to the flap at the end of the box.

Logitech MK295 Silent Wireless Mouse & Keyboard Combo
Early review... got this setup to replaced a worn out wired keyboard. All I can really say is... it does what it says on the box. The wireless mouse (M220) if fine, a bit small but then again its only a two button mouse with scroll wheel, no extra buttons, no fancy LEDs etc. It works just great. Takes 1x AA batery. On/Off button underneath. The K295 keyboard is also fine, full sized keyboard, very light, slighty flexible but considering how thin it is there will always be a little flex, extra keys along the top but BEWARE... one of them is a PC power off button.. hit it and you shutdown to standby right away !! Takes 2xAAA battieries. On/Off button on top next to the CAPS Lock indicator (there is no Num Lock indicator!). Finally..... is this keyboard quiet?? OH YES... it certainly is.... including (despite some reviews) the space bar !!I think its safe to say this combo is great value for money, but its certainly no gaming rig accessory (no fancy lights for one thing). But for general use... and for me in MSFS, its fine. How long will the batteries last?? Only time will tell... especially if you forget to turn the mouse and/or keyboard off... I havent ready any indication of an auto-power off/battery save feature. The box suggested a 3yr battery life for the keyboard and 2yr for the mouse.. we shall see !!!But otherwise, this is a perfect QUIET keyboard.. even the mouse is quiet in comparision !!!I will update this review as and when required... my only thought is how long will these nicely tactile keys last with a lot of use???

USB adapters missing from both mouse and keyboard
Neither the keyboard nor the mouse had the bluetooth wireless usb adapters included so neither could be connected to my pc. Really irritating so now I have to send it back.

Great
Instant setup on my laptop after plugging in the dongle. Both keyboard and mouse worked straight away.Note that the dongle is not in the storage slot of the mouse or keyboard, it’s attached to the cardboard box as shown in the photo. Might explain some people thinking it’s missing.Very quiet keyboard.Agree the mouse is a little small, and I have smallish hands so it might not be suitable if you have large hands!

poorly connecting mouse
Arrived very quickly; both items of a nice quality in terms of construction. The key board is OK - however, you just just need to be aware that the keys do not match the usual convention when typed (for example to get @ you have to press shift+2), with no instructions with the keyboard, I had to go on the internet to find a solution from You Tube.; the mouse , unfortunately keeps disconnecting; To get it going again a combination of twirling battery in its place, removing and replacing the battery, shuffling the mouse around or turning the mouse off and on, will get things moving again. I think I will have to go back to a mouse with a connecting wire, since this a common feature of any mice I have bought I the last few months. During a working day this is very frustrating and time wasting.
