Great locomotive and cars combo.
Locomotive performed better than expected and appears to run a lot faster than I originally thought. So much so, the train will flip itself at 50-60% power. Love this product and will do my best to make sure it remains running on my layout!

Amazing AMTRAK Toy Train Set
It is truly amazing with what KATO has done here as train manufacturing company. The train set is totally worth the price. The pantograph on the engine looks so real. The train set comes with 4 cars and the engine. Tracks need to be brought separately. Truly recommend this for all train lovers!!!

Another great item from Kato
Smooth operating with great detailds. Only negative is the pantograph is plastic and a bright orange/red color that takes away from its prototypical look. All around great value!

A Handsome Runner -- The Couplers, Not So Much
A quality product, well-built, a joy to watch in operation. Runs smoothly for hours. One drawback: the couplers are difficult to operate; look on them as dummies and watch the handsome train go 'round.

Another great set from Kato, with Amtrak's newest Cities Sprinter locomotive and 5 Amfleet cars. A perfect item for anyone who models Amtrak in the Northeast United States.
