I hesitated to order furniture via the internet but talked myself into it. I was glad I did too. Pictures don’t do the item justice. Very pleased. Great quality and it looks great. We bought 2 recliners and a sofa and wanted a rustic and natural look. These will look great in our new cabin.

Completely surprised how simple it was to buy furniture off Amazon! Quality of the chair is fantastic. We were contacted by the carrier ready to deliver in 4 days from purchase!

Like the appearance and that it rocks and reclines. Foot does not close easily. Does not recline smoothly. Rocks on its base when in recline position. Seat was too firm at first, but it has softened with use.

We ordered two of these, and I wish I could take them back. Had them for over a year now. I like to recline all the way back, when watching tv at nite, however, When I recline back, the chair slowly inches back to an upright position. Why? It does this on both chairs. In addition when you go to stand up, the foot rest hits the floor before you get out of the chair, and then you have to move fast to get out of the way, or the foot rest will hit you in the back of your legs. It hurts badly! I will be replacing them as soon as I can afford it. I have never left this bad of a review before, and I am disappointed with the chairs.

I got this for Christmas for my husband. It is very comfortable and attractive for this kind of chair.

Updated review: It is Now not quite 5 months old and the Mickey Mouse cable broke off of the reclining mechanism. So, for now it is a mediocre rocking chair. No, I would NOT buy this chair again, or recommend anyone buy an Ashley product, ever.We already had the same Ashley chair, (bought used but like new over a year ago). We wanted a matched pair, and our Local Ashley Store had sold the last one and could not get one at the “Black Friday” price.. They are a beautiful and comfortable chair, but I wanted to save a little money too!We chose to order from Amazon, as none of the Local Ashley Stores had or could get the chair, and my old chair was dying, so we did!Welp, the chair came, perfectly boxed, was delivered into my front room last week, and we anxiously unboxed it. Right off, I noticed that the advertised “Nailhead Trim”pieces on both arms was loose. Further inspection, showed that the trim pieces are neither secured nor recessed like it is supposed to be. When I contacted Ashley, I was quite rudely told I had to go through Amazon, that they could not help me. Well, Amazon was great, and actually gave me 4 reasonable options. I chose to keep the chair as I need a place to sit, and Amazon compensated me for the issue. I believe though, I am done with Ashleyfurniture as they do not have good quality control on their product, and very crappy customer service!

My husband loves his rocking recliner it's perfect we got the matched set everything was great structural-wise nothing was damaged delivery was great

Very comfortable chair. We have 4 dogs and a cat and the fabric shows no signs of wear. Cleans easy with a dampened cloth (water only).
