Do these stick to healing wounds when removing?

I've been using these for six weeks now, and haven't had any problems with it sticking. It probably depends on the type of wound you're dressing. If you have something that causes sticking, you might try a Telfa Non-adhesive Dressing against the wound and then the abdominal pad over that. Amazon has the non-adhesive dressing too.

Can these be used to keep skin fold areas dry and can they be cut?

yes, they can be used to keep skin folds dry, ie abdominal folds (apron), under breast folds and such. You can cut, but cut edge will be an raw edge which can start to fray. That said, as anurse, I often have recommended, cotton like material, ie my favorite recommendation that can be washed and reuse is white cotton socks, with mens tubes stocks working great, as well as taking white cotton men tshirt and cutting down strips to use in the area. Usually if on needs to use something to protect these areas, they fold is heavy enough to keep in place without adhesive tape. Another option I have recommended was use of peripads, ie kotex. just leave the adhesive strip on, and tuck them into area that needs tucked in. The goal to prevent problems is keeping the area clean and dry.

Are these pads sterile? Some say they are, but does the non mean non sterile?

For this packaging on the product I believe that the NON you are seeing is part of the Catalog number for the original vendor, The is a symbol on the packaging REF in box that precedes the NONxxxxx. (xxxxx -represents a number). The packing I have states that the product is sterile until opened. The word Sterile also appears on the packaging above ABD Pad
