Huge Life Improvement
TL;DR: Overall AMAZING, cleans the impossible, but you can't pack it as full as advertised, and there's considerations you need to take with your detergent.PROS:This thing cleans the impossible.I often bake, and often residue is caked on like cement. That's no problem for this little machine, even on the speed setting. The water gets really nice and hot, and I often don't need to use the dry setting, and just open the door to let the steam out and they air dry very quickly. Though the dry function is nice if I'm out of the house. The unit is not too loud, but I would suggest putting it the pantry or under your sink, or wherever you can close a door. It can become annoying if you use it every day. I personally love the sound of a dishwasher running. On that note, it has a window. A great novelty for me.CONS:The upper cup rack attachment is useless. Not sure what cups they're designed for but nothing will fit up there like in the pictures. And if you do put something up there, the items below will not get cleaned. Thankfully it's only attached by two clips, and comes off easily. You cannot pack as many plates in it as advertised. If you do, they won't get cleaned. I found that using every other space is sufficient. This is not so much a con, as it is the nature of this sort of thing. But if you aren't draining directly into your sink, it's kind of a gross mess to deal with. I have it draining into buckets, and the drain hose quickly becomes very gross and slimy, and the drain bucket needs to be emptied quickly or it begins to smell something awful.I think the easiest way to use this would be to have it hooked up to your water line under the sink, store it there, and then set it atop the sink to drain directly into it whenever in use. It's very particular about the amount of detergent and the kind of detergent you use. I filled the little detergent cup full with liquid detergent, and the whole thing seized up with suds. Tech support was very helpful though, and walked me through how to resolve it. Since then I've switched to dry detergent and haven't had that issue. However, it's very easy to overfill the detergent cup. Never fill it all the way, or you will get a smelly residue. This may be due to the detergent however, not the dishwasher.UPDATE - 6 Months Later:After six months of use it's still working well. The beeper sometimes goes wonky. Not sure why.But it still cleans well and no issues as of yet. The drain pump will make an odd groaning sound now and then, but it's rare, and doesn't seem to be indicative of a malfunction.I've experimented with detergents, and found that the thinnest layer of dry detergent in the cup, just enough to cover the bottom, is more than sufficient to clean dishes. Use any more than that and all my glassware gets an awful (metallic smelling) film on it.I sometimes use liquid detergent, in a similarly conservative amount, and it seems to work well. No noticeable difference in cleanliness.I will experiment with different detergent brands and update later.Overall, a great buy.

Great little helper
Exactly what I needed. I never write reviews… But after my in-house dishwasher sadly departed this realm… I knew I needed something because I wasn’t gonna wash them myself. This little guy is perfect. I think if you are using a ton of dishes, it might not be for you but for my small family it works great. The only tip I would like to recommend is I bought a watering can and I use that to fill it up so I only have to fill it up once instead of filling the container they provide you with three times. Works great, very quiet. Wish I had bought it sooner so I could’ve freed more time up for my former dishwasher to spend time with me 😕

Gets dishes clean!
The media could not be loaded. This product was honestly a bit bigger than I expected, and that's a good thing in my case. We can fit multiple 1/2 gallon glass mugs in this, and I was worried it would not be tall enough for them to fit, to my surprise and excitement it was!It is simple enough to use, unpacking and initial setup it was VERY easy! The unit is quite quiet! It does not leak! It did not leave not sticky residue on my dishes when used, and there are convenient error codes and beeps provided if there is an issue! The user manual even came with a simple wiring diagram in case you ever need to work on it or have it repaired!I am big on fixing my own things when they break or wear out, and to my surprise, this unit appears to be user-friendly enough that you can fix things if they go wrong. The set-up is super easy and only needs 3 steps, or an optional 4th or combination. The manual says that the unit will intelligently check to see if the tank is full and switch to the tap hookup if it is empty automatically, so this allows you to use the unit completely piped and plumbed in. However, if you go on a road trip and want to take it with you, it allows you to use the tank without any fuss.1. Remove tape from the unit outside and in that holds items secure during shipping.2. Connect the discharge hose to the outlet with a standard Philips head screwdriver using the included pipe collar and then stick the hose end with the suction cup to the side of the sink or use a large water jug.3. You fill the pitcher container it came with 3 times with hot water.4. (Optional) If you don't want to fill it up with the pitcher, you can connect the provided hose to the port on the back and to your faucet. If you get a 3 way T-fitting, you could connect your faucet and still use the spout, or you could just unscrew it from the sink faucet when you need to use your sink.10/10 I would recommend!
