I actually just started taking this product but I feel it is a good choice. I take every morning with my other vitamins. I really can't compare to other products that are on the same level as I haven't taken a B vitamin like this before.

I have taken this for quite some time and it helps. Stress levels seem to be lessening and I have energy.

Lots of B vitamins! That’s a plus. I question the added ingredients such as isolated soy. I have thyroid issues and soy is something I try and start clear of. Definitely don’t want it in a daily vitamin.

I love the Mega Stress formula. It has extra B vitamins that I need. It has helped with my Carpal Tunnel tremendously.A friend of mine recommended taking high doses of vit. B for it, and well, she was absolutely right. Give this time thoughto help. It may take a bottle or 2, but you will notice that you are much better. Also, since vit. B tends to only stay in yourbody about 2 hours, the time release is the way to go.

These vitamins have helped me so much! I started talking them over a year ago a month into nursing school. I was 43 at the time and I can stress about anything. You couldn't even touch my shoulders because they hurt so much. I started the Mega Stress B complex and with in 2 weeks I noticed a huge change. My blood pressure went down, my shoulders stopped hurting and I didn't get overly stressed by test time. I also started Flax seed oil for my omega 3 complex. I knew about Mega stress because I used them 20 years ago before I found that I had Hodgkin's disease. One of my signs was itching and it was 24/7 itching. I thought the reason was stress and these vitamins helped relieved the itching that plagued me. I feel that I am a waling commercial for these vitamins!

This gets 4 instead of 5 because it's a large pill, but it's a great supplement that helps give me energy.
