Incompatible with UK mains systems
This was sent to me from Amazon US even though I ordered it on the UK site, it has a strange double blade end on the cord which does not work with our UK plug system or even a shaver adaptor. The battery function is for back up only so no good whatsoever and I had to go to the bother of returning it. Why send to UK when obviously will not work? I have given it one star but as I have not seen it working I have no idea how to rate it.

Faulty on Arrival so cannot comment fully
This is a US import (which seems to be the case for the Blue Number version, which I wanted), so using a US to UK converter plug, plugged into the socket and lovely blue large numbers appear ready to set the clock. However, a buzzing noise started before I had a chance to do this, and then a pop, resulting in no display. Unfortunately had to return, but the large display looked great and the buttons appear simple to use on set up instructions. Have not re-ordered as needed a quick replacement to enable me to get out of bed on time, but would have done if not in such a rush.

Dont buy if in Uk
Bought this as thought I could use with just the battery and not plug in! After realizing I couldnt bought an adapter plug and it basically burnt out in 30 seconds!!! Smoke coming out of unit ! Bought for elderly mother with dementia so glad it didnt happen in middle of night or could of had a nasty incident! Am about to return for refund!! Seems I have to find a UPS depot to do this! Wouldnt chance buying another and lesson learnt will only buy products with a uk plug in future!

USA MAINS PLUG
DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE IN THE UK. The mains plug is for the USA and I also think there is a different mains voltage in the USA so I am vary wary about the use of it in the UK.

Clock
This clock arrived a week early and I was very excited to use it. However, when opened it was obvously US voltage (125) so unable to be used in the UK. This is why I returned it.

Doesn't come with UK plug
This is useless to me as despite being a UK company the plug socket is not a UK one - in fact I have no idea what it is, Chinese maybe? Returned anyway - buyer beware if in UK

Useless
Came fitted with a non-UK standard plug which means that i would have to find an adaptor, so sent it back.
