Made from durable ABS, it features a beautiful gold finish and is designed to fit flag poles ranging from 1" to 1.25". The base is lightweight when unfilled but can be easily weighted with sand or rice to ensure stability during use, achieving a weight of 8-10 lbs when fully filled.

You have to have something heavy to fill the base with. Beans work great!
Great flag stand you just need something to fill it with. We filled them with black beans and they work great for our U.S. flag!
