What can I say, its a good multi vit

With all the vitamins I've taken, this one has given me the best results. I noticed a difference in the way I felt after the first bottle and have been taking this vitamin ever since! Easy to swallow, considering the size of it, it is smooth, and the exterior coating has a sweet taste. Great quality for the money!

Good vitamin

Fingernails and hair have grown like mad!

Been taking these for some time and although I agree they are large pills to swallow, they taste ok, and don't upset my stomach.I take them for multiple health issues but mostly because of being over 50 yrs old and inconsistent diet - sometimes I just can't eat a meal.Very happy with their quality consistency.

Good product

When I received these vitamins, although that probably isn’t the right word, considering they don’t seem to be healthy, I was excited to give them a try. After only taking one, I felt weird for a few days. I didn’t put it together, until I took another one a few days later, and realized it was the caplet causing the issues. Looking more closely, I saw the warning about cancer. That wasn’t on the ad. Then I saw some ingredients that didn’t seem right, such as cellulose and talc. And the smell…the smell was awful, but I attributed that to fish that was added. But, the worst was, and excuse the TMI, the burping and horrible gas. It probably smelled worse than the stinky vitamins, nothing anyone wants to be around, including me. Wish I could send this back for a refund, unfortunately that’s not possible. Unless you are willing to play cancer roulette, or want to crop dust some poor victims, stay clear of these self described, “make you feel better” vitamins.
