I’ve bought 4 of these and they are great , but there is a design fault where the cable exits the purple Handle - after about a year of regular use the cable material basically melts on the seam of the tool .. it’s happened to all 4 of mineBut they are such a good tool and reasonable price that I just keep replacing it
