If you mean it doesn’t have the 2 magnetic dividers, then something is wrong & you should return! I have 3 areas I can put makeup. Hope that helps

Hello,their thickness, capacity, and weight are different. One is 3-layer, and pack 1 is 4-layer. It can hold 15pcs of 1.4inch circle metal eyeshadow more than 3layers.
