The meter helps to keep track of the blood tests. Allow user to enter additional information. Can print a results summary for 14, 30 and 90 day report. I use to take to my PCP and we discuss my situation. This is a good daily visual for current blood sugar levels.

There was no carrying case included with this product even though the description stated that a carrying case would be included.

I know this glucometer, the OneTouch Verio Flex, really well and it's an excellent one.The issue with this particular listing is that it says the case is included and it's not. I had to contact seller who offered refund. I asked for the case and they said they "couldn't." We settled on a 15% refund and I kept the meter. I used the money towards buying a soft, cheap case separately here on Amazon. I think that meter is no longer packaged with a case. They should change the description.When something you order here isn't right, don't just complain in a review. I see it all the time. Contact amazon or the seller or just return it for a full refund. Anything that's not what it says it is should be refunded.

The carry case was missing. One of the biggest reasons I want this product. I returned it and will order another one and hope that the case comes with it.

Dear Seller, This item works. I just wish it came with the matching lancet.

did not know it didn't come with strips

This is the most poorly described product ever. I got my lancets a few weeks ago. The test device showed up today. So, I'm ready to go. NO! I need testing strips. Nowhere does it say this. Nowhere does it say how to use this device--three separate items have to be purchased and you are left on your own to figure out how they work.
