People are using it wrong
Since moving to Florida I have become a mosquito smorgasbord. I have itched so much I bleed. I bought this because I like gadgets. I LOVE IT. I will tell you if you use it wrong or on your face you will probably get a hickey. So don't suction it to hard. Doesn't work on ankles and elbows because it won't suction. It really just takes common sense. Itching was gone in less than 5 minutes. The faster you can get to the bite the better it works.

An honest review- downgraded to a 1 star.
I downgraded my 4 star, to a 1 star, because there is no customer service. They say "email or text us for a refund" which I have done several times with no response. I don't want the product anymore and I just want my nine bucks back. This product is advertised as "sucking out the venom" or the irritants left behind in a bite..... but it also says it must be used within 2 minutes of being bit. This is why I don't even want this anymore. The problem with that is, that you don't know when you are bit! Mosquitos numb the area first which is why you don't feel them biting you. You would have to WITNESS it, and then have this thing ready. I don't see anything being sucked out of my bites, but that also could be because on me they appear a day later. There is one thing that I think this thing does do, however.... which is the idea of over-stimulating the nerve endings at the bite site. Other strategies of the same thing are to pinch the bite really hard with your nails. I also had this thing from Europe that would produce a little spark and "shock" the area slightly, to overstimulate it. This is a temporary fix however. The other thing I wanted to note was that, I get bit on my ankles, Achille's tendon area, and lower shins/calfs. These locations make using this device very difficult, especially with one hand. While using it, sometimes the inner sides of my fingers rub against the center tube's opening slits and its very rough and hurts sometimes. I regret buying this.

AmaIng results!
Wow! I’ve been using this, mainly for mosquito bites, which actually helped a lot in bringing down the the itchiness and the bump on a mosquito bite. However, today my daughter got stung by a bee, and she cried from the pain. It started to bubble up a little bit in the sting area I took out the stinger and then I immediately used the product and an hour later it is pretty much gone. The little bump came down. She said it stop hurting probably within 5 to 10 minutes. Great product I would recommend it to all parents. Al when I used it a little bloody liquid came out of the sting with the suction. I did it maybe 3 to 4 times till all the liquid came out. All that is left now is the mark left by the stinger that I took out with a card.

Poor continuous suction
I bought the original "Bug Bite Thing" and was delighted on how effective it was. I decided to buy some more - then, to save a dollar, I bought this "EZ Bite Relief" and was very disappointed. It works, but only after several attempts per bite.Everything looked identical to the original but the usage was not. It was easy to hold a 30 second suction over the bite with the original but this one released in 5 seconds or less. I used a cream like Amphor to create a better bond and was able to get about 10 seconds before release. Ten seconds is not enough time, so you need to do it several times to get the same results.I've just put in an order for another of the Original.

Sting goes away fast!
A friend recommended these to me and I’m so glad I bought them. I live in the south so bees are everywhere when working outside. My husband got stung in the face by a wasp 🐝 and we used this and the pain almost immediately went away! Great for kids and adults!

Doesn’t work as well as I’d hoped.
After repeatedly getting attacked by mosquitoes in the late summer, a guy friend recommended these to me. I can see where they would work well on larger areas but if the bite is on a wrist, ankle, hand or anywhere on a thinner bone, it will not work because there isn’t enough surface space for the suction to connect to the skin, even with using the smaller side. I found the Kinfield mosquito patches worked much better for removing the itch and poison.

It works!
They work well to stop the itching!! Use as soon as you notice a bite.
