I felt like it's a good deal especially at the price. I found it slightly irritating that I require different settings for inhalation and exhalation, but I think my lungs will adjust with use. Obviously my lungs are not the strongest or I would not have ordered it. I will mention that I did notice I could feel the effect and improvement after only about 4 days.

I got this to do Bas Rutten breathing exercises. Been using it everyday for 2 months and it works great. Only difference between this and the Bas O2 trainer is that this one is harder to exhale the full breath, Bas designed his to open wider on exhale for this very reason. But its still a great cheaper alternative.I saw a few people say there's no resistance. They are ABSOLUTELY WRONG. You can literally tighten this thing down so NO air can pass through. All I can think is they were cheating through their nose or can't breathe right in the first place.One piece of advice: when you take it apart to wash it make sure you tighten it down all the way, if you leave it half way you might bend the screw as you work it back and forth to remove the rubber part.

Product seems to work well, I have used it on my way to work for about a week, and I feel a difference in my respiratory muscles, they actually get sore like a workout.
