Got this book from Work. My wife took the test as well. This book explained so much and provides insight to make your strength work for you and to help identify but not ruminate on your weaknesses.

This book is a springboard to your career. It is an honest reflection on who you are and what you bring to the organization. It is independent of career pursuit. As you recognize your strengths, you will more confidently contribute to your team’s success. I highly recommend this book.

I haven't received a code for the test, which it said it came with, so I am annoyed by that. Otherwise an interesting read.

Provides great insight

Access code was already used so I am unable to do the quiz without paying another $39. This is not being honest.

You think and act the way you do because that is who you are. Take an hour to read the book, spend 20 minutes to taking the online quiz (you literally get 20 minutes and no more) and know and understand why you're great at some things and meh...not so great at others.
