I think people always focus on omega 3/fish oils but this is a very important supplement too for omega 6. Nice small capsule, no flavour left behind. Will continue to purchase

Vitamins are great themselves easy size to swallow, however the box is large and the pop out slips which hold the vitamins are large. I would prefer a bottle.

Really good value for money! The tablets are also small and easy to swallow, and they absorb fast, relieved my symptoms only a day after taking them!

Have opted to have this supplement as a subscribe and save option as it is so good. It has helped extensively with perimenopause symptoms and the product packaging gives confidence of the quality. The only point to note is the capsule may be a little large for some, but I take it with a glass of cold water and have had no issues.I would recommend this to family and friends.
