This product did feel like it had good quality build.Unfortunately either this is a substandard product or I received a faulty one.Simply. when using to trim nose hair, it was not able to always cut but it kept pulling the hair. and yes it can be quite painful when that happens! I had a very slow moving motion yet it still happened.For me, it just seemed like the blades were just not moving quick enough.
