I bought this cream because my skin was flaking & dry after my chemical peel this week. I have pretty sensitive skin and a history of acne so I’m always weary about what I use on my face, but this product worked like magic ! After putting it on ONE night, and waking up in the morning I had absolutely no dry skin anywhere on my face & not a flake in sight.-the cream feels heavy & almost Vaseline-like but I guess that’s part of the magic. After all, Marilyn Monroe was known to use Vaseline on her face and her skin was flawless.I highly recommend this cream to anyone looking to moisturize & dry skin relief.

I love this product because it makes my face look so much brighter and younger. I really don't have deep wrinkles, but I have that dark older skin look when I don't use the cream. I wash my face and then put on the cream a few hours before going out to let it work it's magic. After applying my makeup, I seem to look 10-15 years younger. It really makes that much difference when you are over 50. I'm not sure what it would do for younger skin because I just started to use this about 6 months ago. You need to apply it daily to look great every day, but it only takes a few minutes to apply. It is a little greasy so I bought their lighter day cream because of the warm weather, but it doesn't compare to this older type cream.

Do not buy this product, I bought it by mistake, it’s not the same formula as original Erno Laszlo phelityl night cream. It’s so thick and oil! and make you skin feel so heavily. The original cream is a matte finish look and this one is like put oil all over your skin. Guess what, the first ingredient is petrolatum! It’s such a cheap ingredient, the cost for this cream may be less than $5? It do moisture your skin, but a $1 vaseline can do it too! Save your money on this!

This cream is amazing! It’s very stiff—the consistency of Crisco in the jar—but it melts immediately, and provides the most wonderfully gooey skin cream! It doesn’t sink in quickly, but if you apply it at night and are willing to wait for the magic, it will appear the next morning.I’m a lady of more than a certain age. This stuff has made a huge difference in my skin, even in the few days I’ve been using it. I paid full price for it, and it’s a bargain. LOVE!

Just as greasy and heavy as it was when I used to buy this back in the 70's. But your skin will be moist in the morning. It used to be yellow. Incidentally, I once duplicated this by mixing lanolin from the drugstore, Vaseline, and olive oil until it was the same consistency of the Phelityl cream. It did the same thing for pennies.

I bought this for my mother, and not a day goes by that she doesn't comment on how great it feels on her face. Also, I can see the effects already though she's only had it for a week. She looks great and many of her fine lines have diminished. She's now donning a healthy glow where her complexion was quickly becoming dull and faded.This stuff is heavy and thick; it comes with a tiny spoon for scooping it out, and takes so little of it to cover an entire face that I expect it'll last a year which is certainly something to consider when contemplating the cost. Plus, it made my mom really happy, so for me, it was worth every penny!

I recent started using this brand and although it can be a bit pricy its has works wonders for me. I would recommend to try. This moisturizer keeps my skin hydrated all day.

Beware. This is a super thick cream that is almost like grease. If you put it on in the morning, you’ll most certainly be blotting a lot of it off since it so thick and grease like. Your skin will be shiny and grease-like, too. You would likely only use this cream at night due to that. TBD on how the product works… testing it out for a few days… but may return since it’s too thick and not a good morning/day cream.
