Questionable quality control
I’m all for homeopathic medicine, but I could not trust this. The box came with handwritten description of what was in it and was not well packaged. As I am not overly familiar with the brand it gave me pause as to the quality control. I gave it 3 stars because frankly I do not know, it could be fine and added quality check but I did not use it.

Do not buy this product. Unsafe packaging
The box came with just scotch tape holding it closed. The name of the remedy was hand written on the box. The kicker is the vials were all unsealed. No seal whatsoever. Right into the garbage and received a refund.
