These books are very well writen with bold illustrations covering a range of emotions and situtions in which children will encounter the emotion.They show children how they act/feel and what they do when they process diffrent emotions and what they can do to handle these better.Im reading these to my 3 year old daugter in hopes she will see the images and relay them to her situations as she stuggles with lots of out bursts. She has read a few books with me and it has helepd her understand when she sad, angery and upset. We are working on how she can process her feelings better but these have given her an insit into what emotions are.These books also have notes and tasks at the back which you can use for older children.

I'm an Early Years practitioner and just started at a new setting. I have been appalled by the behaviour and lack of strategies in the setting, so over the holiday period I found these books, saw another review from a practitioner and thought I would give them a whirl. Only been using them for 1 week and the improvement in some of the behaviours is astounding. These books are so well written, children love them and it makes them reflect on their own behaviour. There seems to be a book for so many situations, a child snatches a toy or hits another child, I sit them all down straight away with the ' I don't want to play nicely' book and read it to them and we discuss on their behaviour and the emotions of the characters and how that relates to the child they just hurt and they really relate so much better with listening to the story rather than just explaining that without the story. Cannot recommend highly enough, best early years resource I've ever purchased!

These are a must buy! The children love the stories and are learning about choices and attitudes and how that gets results. The stories are well written and non judgemental, they get the point across and are informing our children's behaviour. So works like a dream!

I’ve been trying different books for my grandson as I’ve learnt when children enjoy the subject you don’t need to persuade them to read.These books were the catalyst for a massive reading boom. He chooses one when he stays over and takes it to bed to read before going to sleep.I’ve been so impressed I’ve bought a smaller set to donate to his school.Just do it if you’re looking at whether or not to purchase this set.

Absolutely recommend this collection, amazing learning books for young kids. My son loves them and we read them every night

I was a little worried reading the reviews from people that did not receive all 26 books but when my parcel came, it was full 26 book set in it. So very pleased

Lovely book set. Can recommend. Perfect for my 5 year old. Interesting story reads and to prompt discussion.

I dislike these stories because it has repetitive content that if the child doesn’t share their things or being polite, no one will love or play with him. Actually, this moral is good but not all the stories should have the same idea that will teach children to be not assertive with their own things.
