Great book. Lots of examples to help you change your thought patterns. YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER TO WORK ON YOU EVERYDAY. Take your time. There isn't any magic. It is possible to get better. I hope this helps.

Felt like this book was written for me
I was shocked that my purchase on a whim was a home run! I had no idea what RNT but my brain was exhausted of constantly worrying and thinking (I knew their had to be a better way to function). Thank you for publishing this workbook.

Helpful Workbook
This workbook was helpful, but not quite as helpful as Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts by Sally Winston and Martin Seif. Many of the basic principles covered in the two books are similar. That convergence is reassuring.At times, this workbook reads like an early draft. Some paragraphs contained so much obvious information I wondered why they weren’t reduced to one to two sentences during editing.Also, perhaps too many of the prompts within the exercises were focused on extant thought exploration. I would have liked a higher proportion of these prompts to focus on alternative-thought exploration.In spite of these weaknesses, the workbook is valuable, especially in conjunction with other books that reinforce principles like mindfulness, deliberate distraction, imaginal exposure, and cognitive restructuring.

Whole book of seems like a joke about mental health
This book might be helpful for some people, but I can’t imagine it actually being helpful for anyone in need of genuine help.It seems like something a high school guidance counselor would give you for homework.

User friendly and beneficial.
Love it. Mind over Mood has been my favourite but I really enjoyed this and it’s right up there. I found it super user friendly and helpful.
