I bought this to replace the triple ring on an old 2012 Kona Dew Deluxe I was doing up. I bought the same tooth count as the middle ring as that was all I used anyway, and it fits perfectly. Cleaner having only 1 shifter on the bars, lighter and cleaner only having 1 ring to clean, and no front mech getting caked in dirt. Looks better too. It's amazing when you take of the shifter, cable, and triple ring how much weight amounts, turns a "normal" looking bike into a much more clean and minimal looking bike.Not sure how long this will last as I've only done a few rides with this on, but haven't had a chain come off despite only using a standard (non clutch) Deore rear mech, but did take 3 links out of the chain.If it bends / breaks, it's not the end of the world as it's cheap to replace.

What can I say, it works fine so far. The snail brand name is printed on one side and it's blank on the other, enabling you to flip it over and have a passion black side showing (preferable) (lol) It's narrow wide and made out of aluminium. At £10.99 it was the cheapest 1x nar/wide on Amazon, but the quality looks to be pretty good regardless. I've coupled it with the cheapest crank and external bottom bracket listing on Amazon (in a ghastly red chrome, with hilariously unpronounceable chinglish branding), both of which coming in at under £50!Does it work? Yes, it works great for my work bike.Is it strong? As strong as needed to ride to work.Would I trust it on the trails? Nope.

Quality product at a reasonable price

The quality of this looks great but it doesn't fit the middle ring mounting on my SRAM crank arms because the inner diameter is 1mm too small. It would fit the outer ring mounting but that would put the chain line out on my single ring setup. If it fitted I would be happy with the quality at this price. As for the numpty's who have bent and twisted up the chainring... it could only have happened if a chainring bolt was broken or missing! You can't blame the chainring for that!

Ive had a few of these now and not had any issues so far, some people seem to have snapped and bent them but thats probablly because they are hitting their crank on the floor going around corners as one of the reviews say.Also for the price not bad at all with colour options

I've not had this fitted for long but so far I like it. The chainring come with new bolts which can be more than £6 by themselves, so to get the whole lot for £10 is a bargain. Most other narrow/wide chainrings are 3-4 times as much and I'm not sure they are going to be any better.

Worked beautifully. Be sure to know your bolt configuration and measurements as there are several variables.

Habe mein Rad auf 1x11 umgebaut und den Umwerfer runtergeschmissen. Mit dem Kettenblatt bleibt die Kette jetzt in jedem Gang sicher drin. Da braucht es kein überteuertes Marken Gedöns, das Ding funktioniert einfach.

Je n'ai pas encore eu le temps de le monter mais je pense que c'est du bon matériel

El material es de muy buena calidad igual que uno de marca el negro es mucho más resistente que el rojo
