I expected a brand new fan and was sent an old used fan instead.

Cheap but works great
Moves more air than my pure wings 2 120mm. Also fairly quiet, barely audible from ~4 feet away. Not sure if you can easily make the fan suck rather than blow, but it seems possible to flip the fan over in its metal bracket, if you want it to suck from below rather than above. Build quality is nothing to write home about, but the price and functionality are great
