Total rip off, garbage! Would never purchase again! Does not work at all unless you pay high annual subscription rates. Does not work with Mac. No support with subscription. Save your money.

I have used Neat software for nearly 10 years. It used to be great, but now competitors are pushing the envelope and Neat seems content to simply maintain the status quo and has had a hard time doing that. Their support is subpar and the software has had numerous issues working with the latest Apple operating systems. Given my commitment to Apple desktops, I'm seriously considering alternative solutions.
