Full Stack Recruiter: The Ultimate Edition Paperback – June 23, 2020

This is by far one of the best and most practical recruiting books that I have ever read. I've been a recruiter for the past 5+ years in both agency & corporate settings. Reading Jan's book makes me feel like I am a brand new recruiter with a senior recruiter sitting next to me, guiding me through all the little tips & tricks on sourcing through the widest available resources on the internet. There are resources on international hiring, candidate experience, improving LinkedIn visibility & attracting the right talent passively through a strong LinkedIn profile. If there was one piece of advice I would've given myself 5 years ago when I first started recruiting, it would be to tell myself to buy this book and read it and refer to it often! It doesn't matter if you're a new recruiter or a seasoned recruiter, I would HIGHLY recommend this book! To modify a classic Liam Neeson quote in Taken, this book will allow you to have a very particular set of skills. Skills that one usually acquires over a very long career. It will help you look for that candidate, and recruit them. 5/5 Stars - Strongly recommend!

Like the title says the paper covers up all the necessary info to excel in the sourcing & recruitment industry. Topics like sourcing strings, sourcing tools, interviews, recruitment marketing, employer branding and many other awesome stuff. It s like a "recruitment conference in a book" experience. The author explains all the required elements in a clear, concise and humoristic manner making connections between them through practical examples. You will say at least "wow" at least once as this is the author s mission to share-teach-inspire others. Sharing si really caring and by this masterpiece we evolve both as individuals and as a community. Best of regards Jan, this is pioneer work. Worth every penny/euro/dollar :) !!!

I recently took a sourcing certification exam - and while I had multiple resources to use, the updated, Ultimate Edition of Full Stack Recruiter was right at hand, as valuable, more, than the keyboard I was using. This update (much more than the additional 300 pages, for owners of the first Full Stack Recruiter) provides greater depth and new tools/resources for each topic area, plus new chapters of content. Jan delivers incredible value to the sourcing and recruiting community. There's always more to learn as a Sourcer. And, we all value from Jan's commitment to continuous learning, both in print and online gamification sites.

This book should be read and present in every recruiter’s Library (whether you’re a newbie in the field or an experienced one).It covers every single detail from Comprehensive Sourcing on different channels, to the History of Recruitment, Candidate Experience, Types of Interviews, Recruitment Analytics and much more🚀You can refer to this book every time when your sourcing technique isn’t working, you’ve forgotten the operators on different channels or you just want to refresh your memory. It can be a reference in every situation.

This helped me really sharpen my recruiting skills. I keep it on my desk.

Some information is updated. With that said, I had to spend $1000 on a certificate to get something of this caliber. This book has been a great resource for stepping up my sourcing game.
