Good product!
Purchased this walker for my mothers pre and post op knee surgery. It was easy to put together, it's sturdy and gives my mom the support and ability to move throughout the house with ease. It took her some time getting used to the arm rests, but now they are one of her favorite features. The basket beneath the seat is a plus and the size works wonderfuly in our home.

Excellent idea, great customer service!
I love that I can stand up with this walker instead of hunching over! The irony is part of the reason I need a walker is long term back issues and hunching walkers aggravated that. But helped prevent falls. Now I can have the safety without the additional irritation. Pretty color too. Loved it so much my husband ended up buying the heftier one.Two months in I started to sit down and felt a pop. Thought the seat wasn't fully closed. The weld had popped. Built well enough that even with that, I didn't fall. Contacted customer service with details and pictures and received almost immediate response! No weeks of back and forth. Just stepped up and made it right! Within a week I received a replacement. That is so incredibly rare these days! So I totally appreciate the company as well as the product and have already recommended them to several others. Plus people see me using it and say "wow, what a great idea" and ask how to get one.Only two issues and they are not this brand but an overall walker issue often. Wheels don't handle grass and uneven surfaces well so you have to be creative and careful outside. This one does have the little levers near the wheels to help tip it up. Difficult for me to use due to balance issues but at least they're there. Also transporting a walker can be a pain and these are tall enough that fitting them in a car is rough. I get around that by keeping a smaller, lighter, hunching walker just for the car. Big "ahhhh" when I get home to this one but at least it's something for out and about. Thanks Elenker!

This is an amazing product that anyone who uses a walker should have. Helps with back pain and keeps your back straight and helps so much

Good for taller users
Bought for my dad, who's taller than the average senior. Seem to work well both for his height and he was still able to use it, even when his wrist was in a splint. It seems not 100% connected and solid, but a good 95%. The handles just seem a little bit more flexible than I would want

Not as heavy as it looks
I ordered an upright because I got tired of looking at the floor when I was walking. I assembled it myself and it was a pretty simple job. I didn't have to adjust the wheel braking at all. The hand brakes, that is the handles, are a little tight and I will probably experiment with untightening the bolts through the handles. The product appears to be brand new, untouched, but there is a sticker on the box that says it is a returned item. Also, there was a printed note in the box that said something like "Thank you for giving me another life". I was not aware that I was to receive an opened box return. I thought I was getting a brand new never opened item. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out why it was returned. This really is a brand new item.I live in a very large, 1400 resident, independent living apartment complex. Tonight I used the upright instead of my regular rollator to walk down to the mail room ( 1/4 mile, each way, all indoors). My only complaint is that after about 5 minutes I started to feel pressure on the muscles above my shoulder blades. I'm guessing that it's just the new use of those muscles and that the distress will go away as the muscles strengthen. Walking was easier, I was able to have a normal stride and my quadriceps in my thighs did not get as tired as when I was bent over using the normal rollator. I am also concerned about stability if, somehow, I should lose my balance and tip sideways. The unit is pretty tall, all the settings except for the wheel support heights are at maximum length. That raises the center of gravity. Those little projections on the rear wheels to aid the lifting of the front to go over bumps is a good idea. I found it useful a couple of times. But mostly, one has to be aware of where one is going and not plunge headlong into a big bump. After several more days of use, I am pleased to say that the discomfort in my shoulder blades did subside, and surprisingly, when standing at rest without the walker, I'm finding it easier to pull my body into an erect position. Unfortunately, it's only temporary; I still need the rollator to walk. Oh, I have an observation for the person who said the brake handles don't lock. As I said above, I found them very tight, but they do move. You have to push them away from you, towards the front, using the heel of your hand. I tried loosening the screws, but they are extremely tight and I don't want to strip the screwdriver slots. I'm going to try a small spray of WD40 oil. That's a very minor flaw. The unit is really worthy of the 5 stars I am now giving it.
