Nice and compact
Nice and compact to keep in my office/work out room. Only complain would be the leg bar at the top, wish it was easer to remove as it's a little odd laying down for flat bench with heavy dumbbells.

Sturdy Bench
The media could not be loaded. This bench is a quality bench. The bench is sturdy. I lift heavier weights and it doesn’t shake or seem unstable while I’m lifting. It was easy to put together and it is easy to adjust the bench. The bench is comfortable. It doesn’t hurt my back and doesn’t feel like I’m on a hard service. The bench is light and easy to move around. It is a nice staple to have in your gym.

Great Value! Feels like a $200 bench, but was only $70.
I wanted a simple bench to do home workouts. I usually splurge a bit for quality goods that last, but I knew this would only last a few short months while we're all isolated with Covid-19. So I took a chance with this cheaper bench, that had angle adjustment and leg supports/decline for ab work.I wasn't expecting much, assuming it'd be a pain to assemble, there'd be parts missing, it would feel unsturdy, it would squeak, etc. But honestly, none of that was the case.It came in a nice compact box, with approximately 8-9 main parts and all the screws/washers nicely labelled in a step-by-step fashion so you only opened the screws you needed for the steps you were in the instructions. You need two adjustable wrenches, but the allen key is included. It basically consisted of lining of parts and screwing them in. As long as you tighten the screws, the whole thing feels rock solid... almost. There's just 1 part that feels a bit flimsy, which is the seat-back support which notches into the various holds causing the backrest to be angled. The way it's designed, it wiggles around a little. However once you notch it in, the weight of the seat back (and you) make sure it's seated firmly, so it's really not a big deal. The cushion doesn't feel luxurious (it's fake leather), but it's not especially cheap either.I expect this will last quite awhile considering my moderate usage. I think you get more for what you paid for, but again, it's $70, so don't expect the rock solid quality of a several hundred dollar bench.

Poor fitment, loose feeling if you don't modify it, not heavy duy.
Wobbly, terrible design, I cut up some old cat little pails, made a U to go on the floor portion and jammed them under the main floor supports because the 'legs' that connect to them are so loose they wobble back and forth no matter how tight I turned the stupid aircraft nuts. I can only hope the welds to the 'back bone' were done well enough not to fail as well as the adjustable 'hooks' on the back 'spine'. The folding portion at the front also has a 'wobble, until you sit on it, it is 2 holes with one bolt and essentially a linch pin, you remove the 'loose' fitting linch pin to 'fold' it up, but because the linch pin fits loose there is play in it with just one bolt.I think this and many other adjustable weight benches would be better if they just used good square tube, readily available from steel suppliers, instead of this 'artsy' oval tube tha fits much looser and has more chances for poor welds and thus failure. The manual says max user weight is 300lbs and dumbell weight is 100lbs I wouldn't feel safe using 2x50lb dumbbells on this even after I stabilzed it useing the plastic I jammed up the 'base' legs.I sure as hell would not recommend anyone use this with a barbell setup.I've used older square tube weight benches and they are better constructed that this, I'm almost certain heavier gauge metal and better welds/fitment with bolts. This in my opinion is for lighter weights I'd say not more than 30-40lbs dumbbells max if you feel comfortable with it, not too shaky, etc.I'm 6'2" and this is kind 'small' I have to be on the edge for my head to rest on the upper back when doing laying back/down/decline excercises.I got this because I wanted a bench for dumbbells, mainly rows and butterflies, at around 25-50lbs each, 50lb for the 'future' and the adjustable option was 'worth' it to me over despite negative reviews for other exercises. This bench was for a smaller space than my older square tube barbell bench 'gym'. This looked like the 'bes't design under the price of a full size weight bench w/o the folding option. But on putting it together and trying it, it will work for what *I* want but not what they sell it as. A pricer bench that isn't adjustable/foldable like this is more stable and safer IMO for heavier weights or if it will be your only bench.

the overall design is great. I know
I feel that not enough info about this bench is listed in the reviews and in the description so I'm here to put some hard thoughts on this bench.First, the overall design is great. I know, its a bench, but everything works as it should. From decline, to flat, to incline the bench is great. I didn't have super high expectations going into a 50 dollar adjustable bench but I was really impressed.Overall construction is great. When the bolts are fully tightened how they need to be the bench is solid, feels like one piece. I was certain I would get some loose feeling from the whole nut and bolt design but nope, this thing holds together beautifully. The bench cushions are what you would expect from a 50 dollar bench but hey, they get the job done. You're on this thing to workout, not watch a movie for 2 hours. Just be careful tightening the screws that fasten it to the frame, the wood is pretty thin and overtightening would cause it to strip I'm sure.My only real dispute is the top part for under your knees. I thought it would stay put but it in fact spins. Not the worst thing, a simple drill and screw could make it stationary but maybe in the next model make it solid. One of my favorite take aways from this bench is that it folds up. You take out a simple pin the legs where your feet go fold in and boom. Slides right under my bed.Think it took all of 20 minutes to put together. Love this bench and so will you.

Welds aren’t strong.
I’ve only had this 4 years. The weld came undone! (See pics) I expect wear and tear on the bench, but not on a weld. The “bench material” actually has stayed in pretty good shape. But without the legs there for stability, it’s useless.
