Great sound quality and holds a great charge

I was excited for this headset but it stopped working and then broke not long after I got it. Like, within a week or two I stopped getting audio through it off and on. I’m no beginner to headsets and gaming so I knew it wasn’t an issue on my end. Then not long after the audio began messing up, the headset just broke when I tried to put it on. I don’t misuse my things. It was clearly cheaply made and flimsy. Overall a disappointing purchase.

I haven't actually used this pair yet. 😳. I have a pair bought from Walmart, the sound quality is amazing, very loud and great mix ability, it has two volume controls one for volume and one for chat to game mix ratio. I bought this set because I dropped my set from Walmart and they started shutting off constantly. So maybe don't drop them if you don't know how to solder wires. I saw this set on sale and had to buy them, but before I received them I tore apart my old one and re-soldered the speaker wires on the main side(with microphone) . And they have been working since so I now have two pair. Can't argue with the price. I will support pdp in the future. Quality xbox accessories at affordable prices.

These headphones are so amazing!That is until they quit working.Great comfort and sound quality. Not to mention the mic monitoring is great.That being said I’ve only had my pair a couple of months and for whatever reason now they won’t pair with the dongle and the mode button on the headset stopped working even though I never change the modes.At this point all headsets are a waste of money but needs to last more than a couple months.

The headset is nice but where it swivels around the ears breaks very easily, so be delicate and gentle with it, overall great headset for sound

The sound is great, its loud, feels good, and the mic is noise cancelling so no one hears me play external music plus the mic mutes easily while you can hear everything. Only problem i have, which im disappointed is that throughout the game, it suddenly sort of disconnects, or goes out, for about 5 second then cuts back on. So i cant hear anything for a few seconds almost every 2-3 mins. Im not sure why. It is an on and off situation. So, the sound and quality i think is good but that issue is verry big disappointment for me.

This is the best headset I have ever tried to date. They connected instantly, just plug the usb dongle in, turn the headset on and you’re good to go. The sound is clear and amazing as well. I have only had this for a day but I was highly impressed.
