Reynolds914SC 2000' Length x 18" Width, PVC Foodservice Wrap Film with Slide Cutter

When you get fed up with constantly buying the little rolls at the grocery store that poorly cling and run out every other month you do what I did and you buy a giant roll like this. This stuff clings like it should and will last over a year for us, yea its a large footprint but we made it a hoe on the fridge top. Highly recommend this and or the 12" version too.

I was introduced to Reynolds plastic wrap at Bible college. I would save meals for my roommate, and wrap them in the film that the kitchen used. This film was far superior to anything I'd used at home, so I made a point of remembering the brand.I got married and started my own household, and found a source for Reynolds plastic wrap at a local store. Turns out it wasn't carried everywhere, like the more popular brands were. Over the years, it became more difficult to find. Finally, I could find it only at a local Dollar Tree, and then they, too, stopped carrying it.I resigned myself to using Saran or Glad, but I missed the Reynolds. Reynolds usually doesn't cling much to itself until you are ready for it to (even using the tear-off boxes), rather than coming off the box in a mess. It also clings well enough to itself that it can tightly close a plastic bowl, unlike others. It does not slowly un-cling while in the refrigerator, unlike others. It's just simply the best wrap out there.Finally, one day, I suddenly realized I had never looked for it online! So I came to Amazon and, lo and behold, there it was! Of course, I could get it only in large foodservice boxes, but I didn't care! I was tired of using the other stuff!So I bought this box, and now I probably have a lifetime supply! I just parked it on the kitchen island. I wish I could put it away, but it's just too big. Oh, well, I'm just happy to have the Reynolds film again!The slide cutter works just as well as the one did back at Bible college, which is great. I was wondering, considering some of the reviews, but it works flawlessly. The box also has four little non-skid "feet" on it, so that helps it stay put while you use two hands to pull the film out.

Here is your 10 year supply of cling wrap. The integrated cutter makes life so much easier. Just make sure the box is in good shape because this will last forever.

A pain to open and the cutter cardboard becomes dis-lodged and needs to be taped back on but maybe it was our boxes because they seemed a little crushed and banged up. The wrap is great! The boxes are okay after you tape them up but I didn't pay money to fix their boxes.

Love the dispenser. Painted the cardboard box and so it now sits on my countertop. The slide cutter makes use so easy!!!Will buy it again.

After receiving this product, I was appalled at how it was shipped. All that was done to prepare for shipping, was to wrap the original product container in several layers of thin clear plastic. When I received the shipment, I could easily see how mangled the box was. After opening the product container, I discovered 3 needed parts damaged beyond repair. I asked Amazon to please ship replacement parts for the damaged pieces. I was informed they needed it shipped back to them and they would then send me another of the same item. I explained my concerns about the possibility of receiving another damaged product, since the first was so poorly prepared for shipping. I agreed to have a second one shipped. This time they put the product in a box large enough for 2 of these items. The packing material used to protect this item was a single piece of brown paper which provided absolutely no protection. Consequently, the item could easily slip and slide around in this oversized box, without proper cushioning (aka bubble wrap, peanuts or other packing material) needed to protect it. This product container was also significantly damaged. I decided to leave it unopened and ship both of the damaged products back in the large box that was used for the second shipment. I also included the single piece of brown paper that came with the second shipment.Needless to say, I've never been so disappointed with Amazon because of these two shipments.On the plus side, Amazon was very responsible for refunding my payments in a timely manner.Whoever prepared these two items for shipping was either an idiot or they were extremely lazyI received different shipment of items from a different order about 7-10 days later. I was very pleased this shipment was up to Amazon's usual standards for shipping a product that is protected very well.I have been buying from Amazon for 5 or 6 years and have always been very pleased with everything except this disappointment as the only exception.I will continue to order from Amazon as usual and assume I had an unusual exception from their normal exceptional service.
