Excellent book that is chock-full of several wonderful contemplative spreads! My only complaint is there are never enough hours in the day to spend with this great compilation, digging into the numerous insightful spreads. Lots of longevity in this book of spreads to use for personal introspection, and/or with those you read for, a great investment! :-D

This book is really powerful to help us dig inside ourselves, ask the rigt questions and design answers. I first was disappointed when I received it, as I felt it was nearly "empty". Then decided to give it a chance. And realized how powerful work it was to direct my thoughts in such a way that I was writing down questions and answers.
