Great price for a quality module
Bought this for connecting my NAS to my UDM-SE and open something more than 1g or 2.5g speeds. Plugged in very easily (this should be expected with an SFP module; if not something is wrong) and has worked flawlessly for months. Some people mentioned it running hot, but that is to be expected with a copper 10g connection (one of the reasons I like fibre instead, but had no option here). I'm able to hold a finger on mine for a few seconds before it being fairly uncomfortable, so all is well. Cost was below what "big brand" modules would cost, but was perfectly compatible with my UDM-SE and the connection has been solid since day 1.

Can't beat the price/performance ratio
I bought a two pack of these transceivers (10GbE RJ45). They worked great linking two different brand switches (TRENDnet and Xikestor), so they don't seem to have compatibility issues. I used a 100ft. cable and even though it is technically beyond the 30m distance limit, they still work fine. Setup was simple as they were detected immediately. They run hot, but I haven't found any SFP transceivers that don't.Let's face it. I bought them because they were cheaper than other models, but they work fine. I would buy again.

Great for Interfacing 2.5Gb/5Gb RJ45 to 10Gb SFP+
I'm using this to connect the 5Gb RJ45 port on my ISP router to the 10Gb SFP+ port on my firewall. It's working great so far.On the firewall's end, it sees a full 10Gb connection. On the router's side, it sees a 5Gb connection. Neither of them are aware of what's on the other end of the transceiver, so they aren't locked into a lowest common denominator scenario, which would have been 1Gb.I've tested from a computer downstream from the firewall and it's able to pull a full 2.5Gb now (which is the speed tier I'm paying for from the ISP), so the transceiver is definitely working properly. This was about half the price of the Mikrotik transceiver I was looking at before and seems to perform splendidly.

Compatible interfacing UDMPro to UCI
Works with Ubiquiti UDMPro interfacing on WAN2 at 10Gbps to UCI at 2.5Gbps. Temperature readings are reasonable between 43-45C.

Works! Getting close to 10 GBE throughput
Works! Getting close to 10 GBE throughput. Tested via iperf3 on Linux and ncpttt.exe on WIndows 11.

Works multirate in Mikrotik and honors ethernet pauses, but no DOM data.
I have been testing 10GbaseT multirate SFP+'s in my Mikrotik CSS-610 and this one properly supports 10gig pauses when connected to a 10 gig server with a 2.5 gig workstation. Many of the SFP+ units tested so far do not properly support pauses and only get good speed going from 2.5g to 10g and are horrible when testing from 10g to 2.5g.On the downside it does not report the SFP+ temperature and voltage and the switch cannot be set to 2.5 or 5 gig with this SFP+ installed. So, only auto-negotiation. The unit also reports as a 10 gig-SR with 850nm multimode optics, not copper. Not sure if this will get kept yet.

Good Working SFP But Check Your Device Compatability
If you're like me, you read reviews HEAVILY. I'm an IT Manager and no this isn't one of those pansy fake reviews lol.I got the SFP 4/5. My UDM Pro recognized it immediately but I won't lie, it some tinkering to get it to work. Check your devices Compatability before you buy SFPs.This works well on my current setup which is ATT Modem/RT 5GB port into my UDM Pro SFP+ Port 10.I had to tweak thr settings on my ATT M/RT to 2.5GB speed and MDIX on and UDM Pro to 10G speed. After that it works like a charm and I'm super happy. I will provide an additional update down the line but here is to day 1 of using the SFP and I'm extremely happy.Running the speed test from the UDM Pro and I'm getting my 2GB ATT plan with success.
